WHY IT MATTERS
Rural communities deserve meaningful access to the arts. Art on the River exists to create space for artists, collectors, families, and emerging creatives to connect through contemporary art in an unexpected place.
Hosted inside the historic Elba Theatre in downtown Elba, the exhibition is helping cultivate a growing creative movement rooted in both artistic excellence and community engagement.
